Don’t forget to head over to L.A.mag.com today to check out my latest post. I am REALLY excited about this one. It is a guide to the buildings that I believe will be the film location stars of the future. My articles typically get published in the late morning/early afternoon hours

For some reason LA Mag does not like me to / let me sign in with my Facebook account so…
My old friend Will, who as a teenager used to run around with some of the ‘beautiful people’ of the early 20th Century (WC Fields was his God-Father and Will often served as Field’s and John Barrymore’s designated driver) once told me the GCAT used to have a speak-easy in the basement. -
Just finished the hysterical “Death At A Funeral” the Chris Rock version.
The funeral was set in a fabulous older house with wood everywhere, great front porch and backyard.
It reminds me of the beautiful, old houses I saw on West Adams St. in LA. I was wondering if it was, in fact,
filmed there…..just curious?
Thanks, Linda in the OC-
The Death at a Funeral house is actually located in South Pasadena. It’s at 917 Buena Vista Street. 🙂
